Tim Hortons is hiring a Shift Supervisor in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. In this leadership role, you’ll help deliver an excellent guest experience by supporting the team, keeping daily operations on track, and ensuring service standards and food safety procedures are followed.
ABOUT THE JOB
The Shift Supervisor supports the restaurant team during assigned shifts by helping coordinate workflow, assisting guests, and making sure team members follow proper procedures. You’ll be hands-on—supporting order completion, product preparation, and team coaching—while helping create a positive environment where guests feel welcomed and service remains fast and friendly.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and welcome guests with friendly, professional hospitality.
- Support order completion for coffee, drinks, baked goods, sandwiches, and more.
- Prepare food items such as sandwiches and wraps following brand standards.
- Help ensure the team follows Tim Hortons procedures, operational guidelines, and equipment standards.
- Handle and help resolve guest concerns in a calm and service-focused way.
- Support and guide team members during the shift to keep operations running smoothly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and promote safe food handling practices.
- Help build a positive, energetic team environment and contribute to a great guest experience.
