What We Do Not Collect

You cannot create an account on Jobifox, upload a resume or apply for a job on our website. When you click a button to apply, you leave Jobifox and go to the employer’s official careers website, and anything you submit there is handled by that employer under its own privacy policy. We never ask for payment, bank details or identity documents.

Information We Collect

  • Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message. We use it only to reply to you and keep it only as long as needed to deal with your request.
  • Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records technical data to keep the site secure and working, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, the referring page and the date and time of your visit. These logs are kept for a limited period.
