OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate – Walmart, Hamilton, ON
Walmart Canada is hiring an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate at its store at 675 Upper James St in Hamilton, ON. This is a regular, permanent hourly position on the team that prepares online orders: the associate picks the products customers have ordered on Walmart.ca, packs them and gets them ready for pickup or delivery.

- Helping customers: balance fulfillment tasks with friendly customer interaction, giving assistance and helping solve issues when needed.
- Safety and food hygiene: keep the work area clean and safe by following food hygiene and safety procedures, cleaning spills promptly and making sure totes are clean before use. Use equipment safely and complete the required safety checks.
- Improving the process: be flexible and share ideas to improve processes, productivity and customer satisfaction.
SCHEDULE, PAY AND REQUIREMENTS
- Job type: regular, permanent hourly position.
