We Are Not an Employer or a Recruitment Agency

Jobifox is not an employer, a recruitment agency or a staffing company. We do not take part in hiring decisions, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the companies whose job openings we describe. Company names and logos are used only to identify the employer offering a job.

Applications Are Made on the Employer’s Website

Jobifox does not receive, review or forward job applications or resumes. Every listing links to the employer’s official application page, and your application is handled by the employer under its own terms and privacy policy. We cannot tell you the status of an application.

We Never Charge Job Seekers

Jobifox will never ask you for money, bank details, identity documents or your Social Insurance Number, and will never contact you with a job offer. If anyone asks you to pay to apply or to be hired, do not pay. You can report suspected job scams to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre.

Job Openings Can Change or Close at Any Time

We check every listing on the employer’s website on the day we publish it and review published listings regularly, but employers can change or close a vacancy at any time and without notice. The employer’s official posting is the only authoritative source. Always confirm the pay, schedule, location and requirements there before you apply.

Pay Information and Statistics

When a listing shows pay or a closing date, it comes from the employer’s official posting. Figures in our guides come from the public sources cited on each page, such as Statistics Canada, Job Bank or the employer’s own announcements, and refer to the date stated. Pay and benefits vary by location, experience, schedule and employer policy, and averages or medians are not a guarantee of what you will earn.
