ABOUT THE JOB
As a Tire Installer at Costco, you will play a key role in the Tire Centre by performing tire installation, rotation, balancing, and repairs according to industry and safety standards. You will also assist members with tire-related questions, prepare service documentation, and help maintain a clean and efficient work area while delivering professional and courteous service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires following industry and safety standards.
- Operate tire mounting and balancing equipment accurately.
- Reset and relearn TPMS sensors as required.
- Inspect vehicles, identify visible issues, and complete service documentation.
- Assist members with tire purchases, recommendations, and service questions.
- Perform torque checks and ensure vehicles are safe for release.
- Maintain cleanliness of the Tire Centre and service areas.
- Process invoices, payments, and service orders accurately.
- Support inventory organization and tire merchandising.
- Follow all Costco safety procedures and operational guidelines.
