ABOUT THE JOB
As a Tire Installer at Costco, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, balancing, and maintaining tires while ensuring all safety and quality standards are met. You will interact directly with members, answer questions, and provide recommendations, all while delivering the high level of service Costco is known for. This role also involves operating specialized equipment and supporting daily Tire Centre operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install, balance, rotate, and repair tires according to industry and Costco standards.
- Operate mounting machines, wheel balancers, and other tire service equipment.
- Reset and relearn TPMS sensors using provided tools.
- Safely drive member vehicles into service bays and parking areas.
- Assist members by answering questions, providing product recommendations, and processing tire sales.
- Complete service documentation, invoices, and payment transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work and sales area.
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines at all times.
- Support inventory tasks such as stocking, organizing, and auditing tires.
