The Tire Centre Sales Assistant plays a key role in providing excellent member service while supporting tire sales and service coordination at Costco. Employees in this role help customers choose the right tires, answer questions, prepare service documentation, and manage appointments for tire installations and repairs.
This position combines customer service, sales assistance, and administrative coordination within a fast-paced warehouse environment. Team members also work closely with the tire installation team to ensure efficient workflow and accurate order processing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist members with tire selection, product recommendations, and pricing information.
- Prepare and process tire purchase invoices and service documentation.
- Manage the tire service appointment schedule and coordinate bookings with customers.
- Answer phone calls and respond to member inquiries regarding tire services and product availability.
- Maintain organized records and ensure accurate order processing and payment handling.
- Stock, tag, and organize tires on the sales floor according to merchandising standards.
- Communicate with tire centre staff and warehouse teams to support efficient service operations.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to inventory tracking and special orders.
- Help maintain a clean and organized sales and service area.
- Deliver professional and friendly member service throughout the purchasing and service process.
