ABOUT THE JOB
The Tire Centre Sales Assistant plays an important role in helping members select tires and related services that meet their needs. You will provide product recommendations, create service invoices, coordinate appointments, and ensure all transactions follow established company procedures.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain efficient sales floor organization while adhering to safety and operational standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist members in selecting appropriate tires and provide product recommendations based on their needs.
- Create purchase and service invoices while ensuring accurate pricing and documentation.
- Answer phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and respond to member questions promptly.
- Organize and stock tires on the sales floor according to merchandising guidelines.
- Process payments and complete transactions following proper procedures.
- Coordinate with Tire Centre team members to ensure timely service and smooth workflow.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company policies.
- Support additional warehouse duties as required.
