ABOUT THE JOB
The Stockperson/Cartpusher role at Walmart is focused on supporting the front-end and exterior areas of the store. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect and return shopping carts from cart corrals, parking areas, and store perimeter locations.

- Support a clean and safe exterior environment by removing hazards and keeping work areas organized.
- Follow store procedures for safety, emergency response, and hazardous materials communication.
- Help maintain restrooms or other assigned areas following proper cleaning procedures.
- Use required personal protective equipment, including reflective gear and approved footwear.
- Contribute to safety sweeps and hazard prevention as assigned.
- Support customer service desks or cart retrieval tasks during busy periods.
- Promote a positive shopping experience through prompt and friendly assistance.
