ABOUT THE JOB
As a Stockperson / Cart Pusher at Walmart, you will be responsible for collecting shopping carts from designated areas and returning them safely to store locations. This position also supports customer carry-outs, basic cleaning duties, and adherence to safety procedures. You’ll play an important role in ensuring smooth store operations and a positive experience for customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect and return shopping carts from parking lots and cart corrals.
- Assist customers with carry-ins and carry-outs when needed.
- Respond to customer requests at entrances and registers.
- Follow safety and emergency procedures, including PPE usage.
- Perform light cleaning and maintenance tasks as required.
- Handle equipment safely and complete required inspections.
- Maintain logs and follow approved Walmart procedures.
- Contribute to a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment.
