ABOUT THE JOB
As a Stock Unloader Associate, you will help unload incoming trailers, sort and process merchandise, and prepare product flow from the receiving area to the salesfloor. You’ll follow safe work practices while supporting inventory handling, including pallet movement, overstock management, and maintaining cold chain standards where required. This position may be offered as a temporary (fixed-term) role, based on store needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and reset the receiving area to support efficient unloading and processing.
- Unload and sort general merchandise trailers and organize freight for processing.
- Complete live unloading of remaining merchandise and maintain smooth product flow.
- Support refrigerated and frozen receiving by following cold chain handling procedures.
- Move pallets of merchandise to the salesfloor for overnight or scheduled processing.
- Assist with stocking as assigned and provide customer support when needed.
- Label and place overstock merchandise accurately in designated areas.
- Contribute to a safe, clean, hazard-free environment by following company policies and completing required safety checks.
