Walmart is currently hiring a Stock Unloader Associate in Hamilton, Ontario. This role plays a key part in the store’s daily operations by supporting the receiving, unloading, and movement of merchandise, while helping maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
ABOUT THE JOB
As a Stock Unloader Associate at Walmart, you will assist with the unloading of delivery trailers, handling merchandise efficiently, and preparing products for movement to the sales floor. This position requires attention to detail, physical activity, and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and reset the receiving area for daily operations
- Unload and sort merchandise from incoming trailers
- Complete the unloading of remaining merchandise as required
- Maintain cold chain standards for refrigerated and frozen items
- Move pallets of merchandise to designated areas for overnight processing
- Assist with stocking the sales floor and supporting customer service when needed
- Label and organize overstock merchandise
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment following company procedures
