KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist patients at the pharmacy counter and provide courteous member service.
- Receive prescriptions and retrieve completed medications for patient pickup.
- Process register transactions including payments, receipts, and billing.
- Support pharmacists by helping with prescription preparation and labeling.
- Enter patient and prescription information into the pharmacy computer system.
- Order, receive, and stock pharmaceutical supplies and over-the-counter products.
- Maintain accurate records and update patient information when required.
- Assist with third-party insurance claims and pharmacy documentation.
- Create product signage and support merchandising for pharmacy items.
- Maintain a clean, organized pharmacy area while following safety procedures.
