ABOUT THE JOB
As an Overnight Team Lead, you will guide and support a team of overnight associates to execute stocking and merchandising priorities. You will help maintain high standards of store presentation, safety, and operational efficiency while ensuring tasks are completed according to company expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide direction and coordination for overnight stocking activities based on communicated priorities.
- Monitor overall store presentation and merchandising standards, addressing deficiencies when required.
- Ensure merchandise is properly handled and support loss prevention efforts.
- Maintain responsibility for store safety and security during overnight operations.
- Inspect assigned areas to confirm compliance with operational and safety standards.
- Support training and development of overnight associates to achieve productivity targets.
