ABOUT THE JOB
As an Overnight Lead at Walmart in Gatineau, you will guide and support overnight associates while ensuring merchandising, safety, and store standards are consistently met. This position plays a key role in coordinating overnight stocking activities and maintaining the overall presentation of the store.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide direction and coordination to overnight stocking teams based on communicated priorities.
- Evaluate the overall presentation of merchandise and identify areas requiring corrective action.
- Ensure defective or damaged merchandise is properly processed and sent to claims.
- Maintain store safety and security during overnight operations.
- Inspect assigned areas to confirm facility compliance and security standards are met.
- Support training and development of overnight associates to achieve productivity goals.
