ABOUT THE JOB
As an Overnight Associate at Walmart, you will work as part of a team responsible for unloading merchandise, pulling pallets, stocking products, and setting up displays during overnight hours. This position plays a key role in ensuring the sales floor is ready for customers each morning while following company procedures and safety standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare the sales floor for store opening by completing assigned overnight tasks.
- Unload trailers and assist with the flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
- Pull pallets to and from the sales floor for overnight processing.
- Stock and merchandise products according to assigned areas and priorities.
- Set up signage and displays and ensure correct product placement.
- Label and organize merchandise in backroom bins and stocking areas.
- Assist with stocking the sales floor and provide customer service when needed.
- Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment by following safety procedures and completing safety sweep logs.
- Ensure fixtures and displays are secure and compliant with company standards.
