- Process orders, payments, and optical transactions using computerized systems.
- Maintain inventory by ordering, stocking, and organizing optical products.
- Ensure compliance with optical standards, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide courteous and professional member service at all times.
- Assist with training or guiding apprentices where required.
