ABOUT THE JOB

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist members with choosing eyeglass frames and lens options based on their needs.
- Provide courteous member service and support a positive customer experience.
- Process orders, payments, and over-the-counter transactions accurately.
- Help fit eyeglasses after pick-up and perform basic adjustments where permitted and supervised.
- Order and stock merchandise, equipment, and department supplies.
- Maintain records and support inventory and product storage procedures.
- Clean and organize the department to maintain a safe and professional optical area.
- Assist with general department operations and other warehouse duties as needed.
