ABOUT THE JOB
The Member Service Assistant is responsible for greeting members, verifying memberships, and assisting with entry and exit procedures. This position plays a key role in member service, safety, and security, helping ensure smooth warehouse operations through monitoring, reporting, and courteous interaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and welcome members, verify membership cards, and assist with entry procedures.
- Conduct regular safety and security checks throughout the warehouse and perimeter.
- Maintain cleanliness of entrance and exit areas and address spills or safety hazards promptly.
- Count and record member entry using handheld devices and report counts as required.
- Verify receipts at exit, ensuring accuracy and courteous service at all times.
- Monitor warehouse access, report suspicious activity, and communicate with management when needed.
- Support members by directing them to products and services and assisting with carts when required.
- Assist in other warehouse areas as needed to support daily operations.
