ABOUT THE JOB
As a Food Service Supervisor, you will help lead daily shift operations by guiding team members, maintaining service standards, and supporting quality and cleanliness expectations. You’ll work closely with the management team to identify opportunities to improve performance, ensure a positive workplace culture, and help guests receive consistent, high-quality service at Tim Hortons.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and support the team during shifts, setting the standard for guest service and teamwork.
- Supervise and coordinate staff to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
- Maintain food quality and service standards, following established procedures.
- Train and coach team members on daily tasks, guest interactions, and operational expectations.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and help resolve issues quickly.
- Ensure sanitation and safety procedures are followed throughout the shift.
- Support cash handling tasks such as counting tills and assisting with daily deposits as required.
- Communicate effectively with the management team and help drive continuous improvement.
