ABOUT THE JOB
As a Directs Store Delivery Associate, you will coordinate and process incoming merchandise from vendors and local/direct shipments to support a smooth store operation. You’ll help maintain control of high-ticket items, follow receiving procedures, and prepare required documentation for returns, claims, and other receiving activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure high-ticket merchandise is properly secured in designated locations.
- Process direct and local shipments efficiently, including handling receiving tasks for trailers when required.
- Support the training of team members on receiving area processes and best practices.
- Prepare and organize documentation for returns, claims, and related receiving activities to support timely processing.
- Promote and follow safety procedures, including safe use of tools and equipment such as pallet jacks and ladders.
- Work closely with store leadership to resolve receiving discrepancies and process issues.
- Safeguard the backdoor area by maintaining key controls and following store security procedures.
- Follow cold chain compliance practices, including completing required logs and temperature documentation when applicable.
