ABOUT THE JOB
As a Dairy Frozen Associate, you will be responsible for zoning, stocking, and maintaining dairy and frozen merchandise while delivering excellent customer service. You will ensure products meet food safety standards and are properly rotated, priced, and displayed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Zone and maintain the dairy and frozen department.
- Rotate stock and check for expired products.
- Ensure merchandise is properly signed and priced.
- Follow cold chain compliance standards, including temperature recording and thermometer calibration.
- Adhere to food safety, food handling, sanitation, and cleaning procedures.
- Execute ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, and pricing/labeling procedures.
- Maintain department features and displays.
- Keep the area clean, organized, and free of hazards, debris, and spills.
