ABOUT THE JOB
The Customer Success Manager role at Amazon is part of the Strategic Account Services team, which supports large and high-potential sellers operating on the Amazon marketplace. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to sellers by analyzing business performance, identifying growth opportunities, and helping implement operational improvements.
This position combines data-driven decision making, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration. The manager works with internal Amazon teams and external seller partners to improve operational performance, strengthen customer experience, and support long-term marketplace growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide strategic guidance and operational insights to help sellers improve performance on Amazon.
- Analyze business metrics, sales performance, and operational data to identify growth opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with strategic seller partners and serve as their primary advisor.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and improve seller performance.
- Develop and manage long-term account growth strategies for assigned sellers.
- Educate sellers on Amazon tools, policies, and best practices to support marketplace success.
- Monitor account health metrics and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and results.
