KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Frost and decorate cakes and bakery desserts using pastry bags, tips, and decorating tools.
- Write messages and personalize cakes according to member special orders.
- Apply fillings, frostings, and toppings to create visually appealing bakery products.
- Follow Costco recipes and procedures to ensure consistent quality and presentation.
- Prepare cakes for packaging and assist with boxing and product display.
- Read and process cake orders to determine designs, flavours, and writing requests.
- Keep decorating workstations clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards.
- Assist with additional bakery duties and support the department during busy periods.
- Provide friendly and helpful member service when interacting with customers.
