KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Slice, fill, frost, and garnish cakes according to Costco bakery procedures.
- Read and prepare member orders to ensure the correct flavours, colours, and design details are followed.
- Use bakery tools and equipment, including wrapping and cake preparation machines, as required.
- Assemble cake boxes, package finished items, and move products to cooling, storage, or wrapping areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized decorating area and follow food safety and sanitation standards.
- Provide courteous member service and assist with bakery-related duties as needed.
