ABOUT THE JOB

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Measure and combine ingredients using industrial mixers and bakery equipment.
- Operate machinery used to prepare dough, batters, and pastry products.
- Shape dough and prepare products such as breads, rolls, and pastries.
- Monitor ovens and baking times to ensure products are cooked properly.
- Maintain proper sanitation, temperature control, and food safety practices.
- Follow production procedures to ensure consistent quality and presentation of bakery items.
- Provide friendly assistance and support to Costco members when needed.
- Assist with additional bakery duties and support other warehouse areas if required.
