KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Help drive sales performance and profitability by monitoring results and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Lead, coach, and motivate associates to deliver excellent customer service.
- Assist with merchandising strategies, inventory control, and product presentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational procedures.
- Participate in planning store initiatives, events, and operational improvements.
- Monitor store performance reports and help implement solutions to improve efficiency.
- Support recruitment, training, and development of store associates.
