ABOUT THE JOB
As an Afternoon Shift Supervisor at Tim Hortons, you’ll help oversee day-to-day restaurant activity during your shift, ensuring the team is organized, procedures are followed, and guests are served efficiently. You’ll support operational routines like stock levels, cash handling, and in-shift communication while promoting a positive, respectful workplace. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise the team to ensure strong guest service, cleanliness, and product quality standards are met.
- Support daily shift operations, including positioning team members and keeping workflow efficient.
- Ensure products are properly merchandised and stocked, completing restocks when needed.
- Assist with inventory-related tasks such as purchasing or stock replenishment when required.
- Maintain accurate shift documentation (e.g., records, checks, and operational notes) as required.
- Help drive sales and transactions during the shift and support restaurant goals.
- Address guest concerns professionally and escalate to the appropriate manager when necessary.
- Promote a safe work environment by following health and safety procedures and reporting unsafe conditions.
