ABOUT THE JOB
The Tire Installer is responsible for supporting tire centre operations, including mounting, balancing, and repairing tires, assisting members with tire purchases, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This position requires physical work, attention to detail, and adherence to safety procedures and automotive service standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install, rotate, and balance tires using appropriate tools and equipment.
- Inspect vehicles and tires to ensure proper fitment and safety compliance.
- Operate tire machines, balancing equipment, and hydraulic lifts safely.
- Repair tires and reset TPMS sensors following industry standards.
- Assist members with tire purchases, provide recommendations, and explain available services.
- Maintain accurate service records and prepare invoices and documentation.
- Ensure the tire centre remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Support inventory tasks such as stocking, tagging, and organizing tire products.
- Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures throughout the workday.
