KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with prescription processing including data entry, labeling, and packaging under supervision.
- Collect and input patient information accurately into pharmacy systems.
- Answer phone calls and assist members with general inquiries and product locations.
- Support medication preparation by counting and organizing stock medications.
- Provide customer service at the pharmacy counter including handling transactions.
- Assist in medication reviews and health clinics under pharmacist supervision.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with all provincial pharmacy regulations.
- Stock and organize pharmacy inventory including over-the-counter products.
- Help maintain a clean and organized workspace following safety procedures.
- Support additional warehouse duties as required.
