- Monitor food safety procedures, including temperature checks and sanitation guidelines.
- Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and work areas to maintain a safe food environment.
- Stock ingredients and supplies, ensuring product freshness and availability.
- Record production information and complete daily logs and checklists.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to Costco members.
- Assist with general department duties and maintain cleanliness throughout the deli area.
