KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and serve hot food, drinks, and dessert items for Costco members in the food court.
- Assist with making menu items such as pizzas, hot dogs, baked products, and frozen treats.
- Operate the register by processing sales, collecting payments, and making change.
- Take food orders at the counter and by phone, including whole pizza orders.
- Maintain clean and sanitary conditions in the kitchen, food prep, and dining areas.
- Clean and refill dispensing machines, utensils, counters, and food service equipment.
- Restock ingredients and supplies from the warehouse and help organize storage areas.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and product rotation standards at all times.
- Remove garbage, support general cleanup, and help keep the food court safe and organized.
- Assist in other warehouse areas as needed to support overall operations.
