KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist members by packing purchases into boxes and preparing items for easy transport.
- Help maintain a smooth checkout process by supporting cashiers during transactions.
- Provide friendly customer assistance, answer basic questions, and share information about store promotions.
- Help members load purchases into carts and assist with loading items into vehicles when appropriate.
- Retrieve carts from the parking area and keep entrances and surrounding areas organized.
- Maintain a clean and safe register area by removing debris, spills, or potential hazards.
- Support warehouse operations by restocking merchandise and returning misplaced products.
- Operate basic equipment such as cardboard balers or compactors when required.
- Assist the front-end team during busy periods, promotions, or special events.
- Provide additional support in other warehouse areas as needed.
