ABOUT THE JOB

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and mix large quantities of ingredients following Costco’s bakery formulas and production guidelines.
- Operate commercial bakery equipment such as industrial mixers, dough rollers, and baking ovens.
- Shape, portion, and prepare dough for breads, pastries, and other baked goods.
- Monitor baking processes and ensure proper temperatures and cooking times.
- Maintain sanitation, food safety, and health code compliance throughout the bakery area.
- Transfer products to proofing or baking stations and prepare batters, fillings, and frostings as required.
- Follow Costco’s quality and consistency standards for finished bakery items.
- Provide courteous member service when assisting customers.
- Support other bakery or warehouse tasks as needed.
