KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist in identifying and investigating theft, fraud, and loss incidents.
- Communicate findings related to financial or physical shrink to store leadership and loss prevention management.
- Support store procedures during fire, emergency, or evacuation situations.
- Participate in store safety initiatives and loss prevention programs.
- Assist with investigations related to internal theft, organized retail crime, or policy violations.
- Document incidents and provide reports following company guidelines.
- Communicate information clearly with management and team members.
- Support a safe working environment for customers, associates, and vendors.
