- Explain quality checks or system interventions in a professional and reassuring manner.
- Respond to system alerts such as electronic article surveillance (EAS) alarms.
- Report technical issues or low cash levels to the Customer Service Manager.
- Promote store initiatives including credit services, protection plans, and charitable programs when appropriate.
- Assist with maintaining operational equipment such as self-checkout scanners.
- Support a positive store environment by ensuring a safe and efficient checkout experience.
