KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Observe, detect, and help prevent shoplifting and internal theft within the warehouse.
- Assist with detaining individuals suspected of theft when appropriate and in accordance with company procedures.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and documentation related to investigations.
- Communicate with warehouse management and regional loss prevention teams regarding security concerns.
- Support investigations into internal dishonesty or suspicious activity.
- Identify potential risk reduction opportunities within store operations.
- Maintain and organize investigation files and documentation.
- Cooperate with local law enforcement and provide testimony in court when required.
- Participate in meetings and training related to loss prevention policies and procedures.
