ABOUT THE JOB

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments, including diagnostic testing and evaluation of hearing thresholds.
- Recommend and provide appropriate hearing instruments based on member needs and clinical findings.
- Perform hearing aid fittings, adjustments, and performance verification to ensure optimal functionality.
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records according to professional and regulatory standards.
- Provide counselling and guidance to members on hearing health, device usage, and ongoing care.
- Ensure compliance with privacy, infection control, and professional practice guidelines.
- Assist members during appointments and support the daily operations of the Costco Hearing Centre.
- Support other warehouse areas when required.
