KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and assemble meals, salads, party trays, and prepared deli foods.
- Cook and prepare items such as rotisserie chicken and ribs following approved recipes and procedures.
- Slice vegetables and assemble ingredients for deli meals and prepared food items.
- Package, label, and weigh products using approved equipment and packaging systems.
- Monitor product freshness and ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed.
- Clean and sanitize preparation areas, utensils, and food production equipment.
- Restock deli displays and maintain organized inventory in the service area.
- Record production quantities and maintain accurate food safety logs.
- Remove waste, operate compactors or cardboard balers when required, and maintain a clean work area.
- Provide prompt and courteous member service while assisting customers with deli products.
