KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepare cake layers by slicing and assembling products for decoration and finishing.
- Apply decorative elements following Costco bakery formulas and production standards.
- Package finished cakes for sales displays or special member orders.
- Maintain clean work areas and follow strict food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Review special orders to ensure decorations, writing, and flavours meet member requests.
- Assist with organizing bakery racks, preparing packaging materials, and supporting other bakery operations.
- Provide courteous member service and assist with bakery-related questions when needed.
