ABOUT THE JOB
The Licensed Audiologist at Costco plays an essential role in delivering hearing healthcare services to members. The position focuses on conducting professional hearing assessments, recommending hearing instruments, and ensuring optimal performance through verification and validation procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments, including testing procedures such as air and bone conduction and speech testing.

- Perform hearing aid fittings, verification, and validation to ensure devices perform correctly for members.
- Take impressions and assist with device adjustments, repairs, or modifications when necessary.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation related to hearing evaluations and services.
- Follow established standards for privacy, confidentiality, and infection control.
- Provide a high level of member service and patient education regarding hearing care.
- Collaborate with support staff to ensure efficient workflow within the Costco Hearing Aid Centre.
- Assist in other warehouse areas when needed to support overall operations.
