KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and welcome guests with friendly hospitality and positive communication.
- Take and complete guest orders accurately, including coffee, Iced Capps®, donuts, and other menu items.
- Prepare food items such as sandwiches and wraps while following brand standards.
- Follow Tim Hortons procedures for product preparation, cleanliness, and safe equipment use.
- Support a clean, organized, and efficient work environment to help deliver a great guest experience.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain service speed and order accuracy during busy periods.
- Bring energy and a positive attitude while helping guests enjoy their day.
