As a Fashion Associate, you will help process and stock apparel and footwear merchandise while ensuring displays, signage, and modular setups meet company guidelines. You will contribute to a clean, organized, and welcoming shopping environment that supports a positive customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver friendly and professional customer service, assisting shoppers with product selection and inquiries.
- Process and stock fashion merchandise efficiently to keep the department customer-ready.
- Maintain accurate modular integrity and signage according to company standards.
- Zone and organize apparel and footwear areas to ensure an attractive presentation.
- Keep the sales floor and backroom clean and organized.
- Ensure fixtures and supplies are used correctly and replaced when necessary.
- Support seasonal merchandise setups and feature presentations.
- Follow company Health and Safety policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
