ABOUT THE JOB
As an Overnight Lead Department Manager, you will guide a team responsible for executing overnight stocking priorities and maintaining high standards of merchandising, safety, and operational efficiency. You will coordinate workflows based on direction from store leadership and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
This role combines hands-on operational support with team leadership. You will help maintain a safe store environment, support compliance standards, and contribute to consistent store readiness for daily operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide leadership and coordination for overnight stocking activities aligned with store priorities.
- Monitor and maintain strong store presentation and merchandising standards.
- Ensure proper handling of merchandise and support loss prevention and claims processes.
- Oversee store safety and security during overnight operations.
- Inspect assigned areas to confirm compliance with company standards and operational procedures.
- Support the training and development of overnight associates to achieve productivity and performance goals.
