ABOUT THE JOB
As Director, Regional Fulfillment, you will lead end-to-end omnichannel fulfillment operations across multiple locations within the assigned region. This role focuses on optimizing picking, staging, dispatching, and last-mile delivery processes while leveraging data analytics, digital tools, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, implement scalable operational strategies, and support digital transformation initiatives that enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. This position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex, multi-market fulfillment environments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and optimize regional fulfillment operations across multiple store locations.
- Establish clear performance expectations, KPIs, and operational goals aligned with business objectives.
- Drive execution of large-scale business plans focused on efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
- Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.
- Oversee end-to-end fulfillment processes, including picking, staging, dispatching, and delivery.
- Support driver supply strategies and enhance the overall driver experience in partnership with key stakeholders.
- Champion digital transformation initiatives, including mobile applications and technology adoption.
- Develop and mentor regional teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Build strong internal and external partnerships to support business growth and operational excellence.
