ABOUT THE JOB
As a Team Member at Tim Hortons, your focus is delivering excellent guest service from the moment customers arrive. You’ll take and prepare orders, follow food safety and equipment guidelines, and contribute to a welcoming store environment. This position supports daily operations by keeping service smooth, accurate, and consistent with Tim Hortons standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and assist guests with a positive attitude and provide friendly customer service.
- Take orders and prepare items such as coffee, baked goods, and sandwiches accurately and efficiently.
- Follow food safety, cleanliness, and equipment operating guidelines during all tasks.
- Support a smooth flow of service during busy periods and maintain an organized work area.
- Work as part of a team to deliver consistent quality and a great guest experience.
