ABOUT THE JOB
As a Produce Stocker, you will be responsible for keeping the produce department organized, replenished, and compliant with company standards. You’ll assist customers on the sales floor while following proper food safety and cold chain procedures. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Zone and maintain the produce department to ensure attractive and organized displays.
- Rotate stock and monitor for sell-by and expiration dates.
- Ensure accurate pricing, signage, and labeling of merchandise.
- Follow food safety guidelines, including temperature checks and cold chain compliance.
- Support ordering, markdowns, and pricing updates when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food preparation and display areas.
- Keep the department fully stocked and ready for daily operations.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and purchasing decisions.
- Apply product protection measures and complete modular resets when necessary.
