ABOUT THE JOB
As an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate at Walmart, you will play a key role in supporting the store’s online shopping operations. You’ll carefully select products, assemble orders from different departments, and prepare them for pickup or delivery. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and strict adherence to food safety, quality control, and operational standards to help achieve on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pick and assemble online orders accurately from various departments, including temperature-sensitive areas.
- Verify quantities, product codes, and quality to ensure correct and fresh item selection.
- Pack orders efficiently while maintaining product integrity and safety standards.
- Label and document orders properly, including pick slips and shipping labels.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following strict food hygiene and safety procedures.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and complete required safety checks before use.
- Assist customers with order-related inquiries and provide service support when needed.
- Meet daily productivity targets and delivery timelines while maintaining high quality standards.
