ABOUT THE JOB
The OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate is responsible for efficiently selecting and assembling online customer orders in a fast-paced retail environment. You will ensure that all items are picked accurately, packaged properly, and prepared for on-time pickup or delivery.
This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work with products in different temperature zones, and adherence to safety and hygiene standards. Associates play a key role in delivering a seamless online shopping experience for customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pick and assemble online orders accurately while meeting delivery timelines.
- Carefully pack items to maintain product quality and freshness.
- Verify product codes, quantities, and ensure no damaged goods are included.
- Prepare and apply correct shipping and documentation labels.
- Follow strict food safety and cleanliness standards in all work areas.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and complete required safety checks.
- Assist customers with inquiries and help resolve order-related issues.
