ABOUT THE JOB
As an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate at Walmart, you will help deliver a smooth online shopping experience by preparing customer orders for pickup or delivery. You’ll be responsible for selecting high-quality items, packing orders carefully, following documentation and labeling procedures, and supporting safe handling practices. This is a great role for detail-oriented candidates who enjoy fast-paced work and supporting customers through a modern retail fulfillment process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pick and assemble online orders efficiently from multiple store areas while maintaining accuracy and product quality.
- Pack orders with attention to detail, ensuring correct items, quantities, and product codes are selected.
- Choose high-quality merchandise, including checking for freshness and avoiding damaged products.
- Prepare documentation and labels accurately, including pick slips, packaging details, and shipping/dispensing labels.
- Organize orders to maximize space and maintain product quality standards.
- Support customers when needed, including assisting with questions and helping resolve service issues.
- Follow strict safety and (when applicable) food hygiene procedures, including keeping work areas clean and managing spills promptly.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and complete required safety checks before use.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting changes that improve productivity, safety, and customer satisfaction.
